Everyone is talking about AI but few small businesses have a real plan. 

Big companies have committees. You have yourself -- and a business to run. Some owners are waiting for A.I. to feel less risky. Others are acquiring tools because a competitor mentioned one. These actions or inactions cost you: in time, money, and trust.

Three part series. Each one builds on the last. 

Session 1 - Cut Through the Noise. What A.I. actually is, and what it means for your business. We slow the conversation down and look honestly at where AI delivers and where it reliably disappoints, including why the pressure to act fast is often overstated. 

Session 2 - The Right Questions Before the Wrong Answers. How to think about AI use cases in your specific context. Cross-industry view of where AI creates real value, across operations, customer service, marketing and sales, finance, and HR, used as the raw material for a structured group conversation about your business. 

Session 3 - Eyes Open The risks, the red lines, and how to protect your business. We consider legal, operational, and reputational exposure AI creates for small businesses, and leave you with the foundations of a governance approach you can act on immediately.

In just three sessions you will know where A.I. fits in your business, what to try first, and where your red lines are.
