The company executes complex developments quickly and economically with in-house architectural, construction, design, engineering, legal, marketing, leasing, property management, and financial teams.

Jeff Martinez oversees more than 2,400 branches and 16,000 employees across PNC’s national footprint. A U.S. Army National Guard veteran with two deployments to Iraq, he has received three Army Commendation Medals and New Jersey’s Distinguished Service Medal.

Since joining PNC in 2014, Jeff has brought over 20 years of retail banking experience, including leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase. He is deeply involved in community and professional organizations, serving on the boards of the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of NJ, LatinoJustice PRLDEF, and NJCU Foundation, among others.

Jeff earned his B.S. in Business Management from Rutgers University and completed the CBA Executive Banking School Program at Furman University.

Carl Mazzanti is a seasoned IT executive and entrepreneur focused on delivering exceptional consulting services through eMazzanti Technologies. As Co-Founder and President, he emphasizes long-term client relationships and prioritizes client needs over transactions.

With deep expertise in cloud computing, business continuity, and disaster recovery, Carl has overseen more than 400 active accounts and led teams that drive measurable business outcomes. He is a frequent industry speaker and has been recognized with multiple honors, including Microsoft Partner of the Year.

His leadership style centers on teamwork and strategic partnerships, positioning eMazzanti as a sector leader. Beyond professional achievements, Carl is known for loyalty to family and strong community engagement, drawing on experience in both corporate and startup environments.

With three decades of experience across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, Michelle Richardson is recognized for leadership in government, community, and economic development. As Executive Director of the Hudson County Economic Development Corporation, she partners with businesses, lenders, and educators to expand access to capital and build wealth in underserved communities.

Previously, she led Hudson County’s Department of Parks and Community Services, managing housing, planning, and community development initiatives. Her career also includes senior roles at New Jersey’s Departments of Labor and Community Affairs, where she oversaw multimillion-dollar programs during the Great Recession.

Earlier, she advanced affordable housing as Deputy Executive Director of the Jersey City Housing Authority and as Vice President at JPMorgan Chase. A native of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Ms. Richardson holds degrees from Emerson College and Columbia University.
