Diana Pombo is Vice President of Business Development at Haven Savings Bank and is celebrating 37 years of service this year. She has advanced through leadership roles during her career, reflecting her commitment, performance, and long-standing dedication to the organization. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for exceptional relationship management, customer service, and community engagement, with a passion for helping people connect to the right products, services, and opportunities.

Dr. Deval Gadhvi
NJ Primary Care

Dr. Deval Gadhvi is an attentive primary care physician providing traditional outpatient services to patients in Jersey City, NJ. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.

Dr. Gadhvi earned her bachelor’s degrees in medicine and surgery at the M.P. Shah Medical College in Gujarat, India, and completed an internal medicine internship at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, before finishing residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.

Kristina Fitzpatrick is the Founder and CEO of Paper & Flowers, a fast-growing experiential décor studio known for large-scale, sustainable floral installations for brands such as Dior, Valentino, Netflix, Google, Macy’s, and Swarovski. An immigrant and mother of three, she built her business from the ground up with a bold, action-driven mindset — even selling her first concept before producing it. Today, she leads a dynamic, women-led team, creating high-impact installations nationwide and redefining how brands connect with audiences through design.

Rachel Sieg
Historic Downtown Special Improvement District (HDSID)

Rachel Sieg, originally from Princeton, NJ, Rachel Sieg currently resides in Jersey City Hilltop and has been serving as the Executive Director at HDSID for the past 15 years. In her role, Rachel is responsible for managing and fostering relationships between various stakeholders, including the HDSID Board of Directors, businesses, city organizations, city council, and the Mayor.
