Jersey City Celebrated in Monopoly’s New Edition

On October 15, 2024, Saint Peter’s University hosted a special event to unveil Monopoly’s newest edition, celebrating the unique landmarks and vibrant culture of Jersey City. The iconic board game has officially put Jersey City on the map—literally—by featuring the city’s beloved monuments, landmarks, and neighborhoods in its latest customized edition.

The Hudson County Chamber of Commerce was honored to be part of this milestone occasion, with Chamber President Emory Edwards attending to join the celebration. The event brought together community leaders, residents, and game enthusiasts to recognize the city's dynamic growth and its place as a cultural and economic hub.

The Jersey City Monopoly edition highlights local treasures while offering residents and visitors a fun, interactive way to explore the city. From Liberty State Park to Journal Square, each property on the board represents the spirit and history of Jersey City.
